PGM Student Club

pgm student club meeting

The PGA Golf Management Student Club is an organization for future PGA golf professionals. Meetings, tournaments, and social events are just a few of the activities the Student Club runs. There is a monthly meeting consisting of a guest speaker or two who talk about the many opportunities the golf industry has in store for young PGA professionals. Tournaments are a big deal in the Program. Each fall we play 16 tournaments, mostly on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. In the spring we play about 12 tournaments depending on the weather. Everyone’s favorite tournament is the Stroke Play Championship. This tournament happens every spring, and we travel to one of the best courses in Nebraska. We also host social events, which include activities such as bowling, mini golf, and hockey. Everyone gets together to hang out and have some fun outside of school. These activities are what make the PGA Golf Management Student Club so unique and enjoyable!
