Launch! Podcast
The Launch! podcast is dedicated to information and news that is relevant to those interested in the PGA Golf Management Program at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, as well as the golf industry as a whole. It showcases current students, alumni, industry partners and those from within the University who support the program. The show is hosted by PGA Golf Management Instruction Coordinator, Brad Goetsch, a PGA Professional and graduate of a PGA Golf Management university. Contact Brad for more information.
Education Abroad
Students have the opportunity to participate in short-term education abroad programs to Scotland and China, golf's oldest and newest countries. Students earn credit and have access to generous study abroad scholarships ranging from $1000 to $2500. Students can also participate in Midwest domestic study tours to see examples of high-quality relationships between golf professionals and superintendents at high-performing facilities alongside students majoring in Turfgrass and Landscape Management.
PGA Merchandise Show
The PGA Merchandise Show, organized by Reed Exhibitions in partnership with the PGA of America, is the largest annual global summit for the business of golf. Attendees represent all facets of the golf industry, from golf course presidents and PGA/LPGA professionals, to golf tournament directors and PGM students. Interactive exhibitor showrooms feature the latest products in apparel/apparel accessories, technology, equipment, training aids, travel and more. The event is a trade-only event, not open to the public.
