Directions: From the intersection of Highway 23 and County Road A on the east side of Betrand, go north on County Road A for approximately 2 miles to County Road 740. Go east on County Road 740 approximately 1.5 miles to the first tour stop at the Cottonwood WPA.

Discussion topics -- water conservation, soil health, acquisition, public use, agricultural and livestock production to the partnerships that it takes to keep moving forward and conserving these lands for future generations. Tim has been a grazing cooperator for over a decade on this property and has lived in the area his entire life. This will be a great stop with a variety of topics to discuss.

The Steinbrink's are generational agriculture and livestock producers. They have worked together with USFWS to establish an ecologically sustainable property that benefits public users and wildlife alike. As the grazing cooperator, Robert and sons have been able to understand and share information that benefits all parties involved.
